You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Veramore. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post and your interactions with other users.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not post sexually explicit, offensive, violent, or harassing material.

  • Safety: You agree not to provide false information or create accounts for anyone other than yourself.

  • Respect: Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users will result in immediate account termination.

4. Services and Subscriptions

Veramore provides a platform for social interaction and dating.

  • Some features may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

5. Video Calls and Translations

  • Video Calls: Powered by Agora.io. Users must behave appropriately during video sessions. We do not record video calls, but users can report abuse.

  • Translations: Powered by Microsoft Azure. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors or misunderstandings caused by automated translations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business interests of Veramore.

7. Limitation of Liability

Veramore (managed by VeCar) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or your interactions with other members.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
